Lakehill Preparatory School seeks a Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management for the 2026-27 school year. We seek an individual who thinks strategically, builds relationships, and utilizes data to inform decision making around the admissions process. Reporting to the Director of External Affairs, this individual is charged with leading the admissions and enrollment management efforts at Lakehill, including admission, tuition assistance, enrollment management, and strategic forecasting.

Ideal candidates should have the following qualifications:

• Experience working in an Admissions setting in independent schools and/or higher education. 
• Strong sense of branding and design with the ability to execute high-quality, polished, professional events. 
• Demonstrated ability to be organized, analytical, and interpersonal. 
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and access. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Collaborative leadership with the ability to inspire confidence in and trust among a variety of different constituencies. 
• A commitment to Lakehill’s vision of learning with curiosity, leading with confidence, and serving with compassion through actively improving one’s craft and growing professionally, serving as a role model for our students. 
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.

Essential Functions of the Position will include: 

• Envision outreach and communication to attract mission-aligned families to Lakehill. 

• Develop and use data strategically to inform enrollment projections and long-term strategy. 
• Build relationships with local schools, search consultants, and community partners to build pipelines of students to Lakehill at various entry points (e.g, Kindergarten, 6th grade, 9th grade)
• Evaluate and lead the admissions decision process to maintain a capacity enrollment of qualified students and wait-lists of qualified applicants. 

• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to create appropriate admissions marketing materials, social media posts, and publications. 

• In partnership with the Business Office, oversee the financial aid process and annual budget. 

• Ensure data-driven, equitable, transparent, and mission-aligned decision-making in Financial Aid awards. 
• Serve as the school’s primary point of contact for enrollment and affordability, ensuring consistent communication with all constituencies.
