								<description>Princeton, New Jersey,  Princeton Academy of the Sacred Heart in Princeton, New Jersey is an independent Sacred Heart school for boys in Junior Kindergarten through Grade 8. We are currently seeking a full-time Marketing and Communications Manager to oversee the marketing and communication activities of the school.&#xa0; 
 &#xa0; 
 The Marketing and Communications Manager ensures that the school has a highly effective website to attract new candidates and works to ensure that internal families receive clear messaging and updates from the school. They work closely with the School Leadership Team to execute initiatives and events, such as Admissions Open Houses and Advancement events. Additionally, they are responsible for updates to the website and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. They oversee the development of ads, banners, and marketing materials for Admissions and Advancement. 
 Rooted in the more than 200-year tradition of the Society of the Sacred Heart, the mission of Princeton Academy is to develop young men with active and creative minds, a sense of understanding and compassion for others, and the courage to act on their beliefs. Princeton Academy has established itself as an outstanding school for boys that educates the whole child: intellectually, spiritually, morally, socially, emotionally, and physically. 
 &#xa0; 
 Specific duties and responsibilities of the Marketing and Communications Manager include: 
 
 Serve as the lead storyteller ensuring all communications reflect the School&#8217;s mission, voice, and brand; overseeing the strategic vision, day-to-day operations, and brand messaging of marketing at Princeton Academy of the Sacred Heart. Create compelling stories and visuals that highlight the school&#8217;s academic, extracurricular, and community offerings, showcasing the value of a Princeton Academy of the Sacred Heart education.&#xa0; 
 Develop a comprehensive multi-tier marketing plan to support the individual initiatives across various divisions and departments, including Lower School, Middle School, Admissions, Advancement, Athletics, etc. 
 Develop content across multiple platforms, including the school&#8217;s website, social media, print materials, and email communications.&#xa0; 
 Develop and manage marketing materials and campaigns aimed at attracting prospective students, families, and donors, ensuring alignment with the school&#8217;s mission and values. 
 Own the structure and content of the school website. Manage and maintain the school&#8217;s Finalsite website to ensure alignment with current digital trends and best practices. Responsibilities include ongoing content updates, photography refreshes, and functionality improvements.&#xa0; 
 Manage social media accounts and engage with current and prospective families, alumni, and the community to maintain a positive and consistent online presence. Meet with Social Media Associate to plan the social media calendar of posts on a weekly basis. 
 Support internal and external communications. For example, responsible for creating a calendar of internal communications. Sending all necessary communications to current families and alumni on designated dates. Draft and email weekly announcements to current families. 
 Draft press releases, newsletters, and media outreach materials that help promote Princeton Academy of the Sacred Heart&#8217;s image and public relations efforts.&#xa0; 
 Digital Advertising Oversight. Oversees digital advertising efforts across platforms such as Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and Niche, defining platform mix and strategy based on approved budgets, audience targeting, and performance metrics. 
 Collaborate with the Director of Enrollment Management and the Advancement Team to ensure that all promotional materials and messaging are aligned with our school&#8217;s strategic goals. Assist in the promotion and execution of special events. 
 
 
 Work collaboratively across the School&#8217;s Leadership Team including: Admissions, Advancement, and Alumni Relations, leading to increased engagement and enrollment. 
 Work closely with the Board of Trustees and participates in the Marketing and Enrollment Committee monthly meetings. 
 Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, utilizing data and analytics to assess reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and to make recommendations for improvements. For example,  Finalsite website performance audits&#8212;including analytics (Google Analytics, heatmaps, visitor journeys) and key performance indicators (KPIs)&#8212;will guide ongoing optimization efforts, with a focus on UI/UX best practices and increasing website traffic. 
 Perform other duties as needed. 
 Qualifications:&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0; 
 
 Proficient in Finalsite website platform. 
 Strong computer skills; experience with Google Apps (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms), social media platforms, website development, and digital marketing/advertising.&#xa0; 
 Bachelor&#39;s degree and 5 to 7 years of progressively responsible experience in strategic marketing and communications. 
 Ability to function with a high level of competency and comfort with the School Leadership Team and Board of Trustees. 
 Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.&#xa0;&#xa0; 
 Entrepreneurial inclination and capacity for hard work within an intensely goal-oriented and&#xa0;collaborative environment.&#xa0;&#xa0; 
 Experience working in a fast-paced environment which requires great time-management skills and the ability to prioritize assignments.&#xa0;&#xa0; 
 The starting salary will be determined based on the candidate&#8217;s experience and qualifications.

								<description>Princeton, New Jersey,  The Hun School of Princeton seeks a dynamic and experienced  Associate Director of Admission  to join its admission team beginning in July, 2026. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in independent school admission, with experience across middle and upper school enrollment in both day and boarding settings, and with domestic and international student populations. 
 As a member of the admission leadership team, this role is engaged in all facets of the admission and enrollment process and serves as a key partner to the Director of Enrollment Management in advancing the school&#8217;s enrollment strategy and institutional goals. In addition to shared responsibilities across the team, the Associate Director will assume ownership of key areas of the office&#8217;s work, leading priorities that drive recruitment, engagement, and enrollment outcomes. 
 Working alongside another Associate Director and in close collaboration with the Enrollment Systems and Operations Manager, Visit Coordinator, and Assistant Directors of Admission, the Associate Director plays a central role in recruiting, evaluating, and enrolling students who will thrive at Hun and contribute meaningfully to its community. The Associate Director will lead one or more strategic areas based on experience and office priorities.

 This is a twelve month, full time position reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management. 
 Responsibilities 
 The Associate Director of Admission is responsible for leading core areas of the admission office&#8217;s work while contributing to the overall success of the enrollment team. This role balances full participation in the admission process with clear ownership of key priorities that support the school&#8217;s enrollment goals. 
 Leadership and Office Ownership: 
 
 Serve as a senior member of the admission team, taking ownership of key initiatives and ensuring strong execution across the admission cycle; 
 Mentor and support Assistant Directors of Admission, contributing to team development, consistency, and performance; 
 Partner closely with the Director of Enrollment Management to help shape and execute enrollment strategy and office priorities; 
 Contribute to admission office planning, workflow management, and the continuous improvement of systems and processes; 
 Build strong relationships across the school, developing a deep understanding of Hun&#8217;s signature programs, including academic, residential, and co curricular offerings, to support recruitment efforts and ensure a welcoming, informed, and authentic experience for prospective families. 
 
 Admission Process Leadership: 
 
 Lead core components of the admission process from inquiry through enrollment across Middle School and Upper School, including day and boarding applicants; 
 Conduct interviews with prospective students and families, representing the school with clarity, warmth, and professionalism; 
 Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective families, guiding them through the admission and financial aid process; 
 Evaluate applicant files and make thoughtful recommendations for admission decisions; 
 Play a leadership role in admission committee work, including preparation, discussion, and decision support; 
 Ensure consistent execution of admission policies, procedures, and timelines with a high level of accuracy and accountability; 
 Contribute to enrollment analysis, including applicant trends, enrollment goals, and financial aid considerations. 
 
 Ownership of Recruitment and Outreach: 
 
 Own recruitment territories, relationships, and outreach strategies aligned with the school&#8217;s enrollment priorities; 
 Lead efforts to build and sustain relationships with prospective families, educational consultants, feeder schools, and community based organizations; 
 Represent The Hun School through local, domestic, and international travel, including school visits, fairs, and partnership development; 
 Identify and develop new recruitment channels and partnerships that expand the school&#8217;s reach and impact; 
 Maintain consistent, proactive communication with prospective families throughout the admission process. 
 
 Ownership of Events and Visit Experience: 
 
 Lead planning and execution of key admission events, including open houses, campus visit programs, webinars, and yield initiatives; 
 Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the campus visit experience, guiding the Visit Coordinator in the day to day execution to ensure a welcoming, polished, and mission aligned experience for prospective families; 
 Oversee aspects of the student ambassador and tour guide program, including training, engagement, and alignment with admission goals; 
 Engage faculty, staff, and students in delivering a coordinated, mission aligned experience for visiting families; 
 Evaluate event performance and implement improvements that strengthen engagement and conversion. 
 
 Qualifications 
 
 Bachelor&#8217;s degree required, with a minimum of five years of relevant admission or enrollment management experience preferred; 
 Strong background in independent school admission, with experience across middle and upper school enrollment in both day and boarding settings; 
 Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and drive outcomes within a fast paced environment; 
 Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including public speaking; 
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; 
 Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with consistency and professionalism; 
 Experience working with diverse student populations and communities; 
 Commitment to confidentiality, sound judgment, and professionalism; 
 Ability and willingness to travel locally, domestically, and internationally as part of the school&#8217;s recruitment strategy;

 Annual Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000&#xa0;  The starting salary will be determined based on the candidate&#8217;s experience and qualifications.
