Francis Parker School of Louisville seeks a Director of Enrollment Management/Goshen Campus Admissions Director, located primarily on our Goshen Campus. This position oversees all enrollment management, including financial aid and current student retention, as well as serves as the lead for Admissions on our Goshen Campus, which serves PS 2s - 8th grade. The position oversees two admissions team members, reports to the Head of School, and serves on the Leadership Team. We seek candidates who are passionate, energetic, and outgoing; possess excellent communication and organizational skills; have a sales-orientation and are self-starters; work well in a team; and are interested in developing and practicing cultural competence. At minimum, a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ experience as an Admissions Director are required.
