The Director of Enrollment Management will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the Head of School. This strategic leader will oversee all aspects of recruitment, admission, tuition assistance, and retention, guiding a mission-driven and data-informed enrollment management process. The Director will work collaboratively across divisions and departments to ensure MICDS continues to attract, enroll, and support a diverse and engaged student community that thrives both in and beyond the classroom.
