Responsibilities include oversight of a three-person office; close collaboration with the Head of School and Advancement and Communications offices; national and international travel for promotion and recruitment; oversight and execution of financial aid and retention efforts; preparation of data-driven reports for the Board of Trustees; and other enrollment-related tasks common in boarding schools. The new director will be someone who deeply appreciates the mission of this small, intimate school in a stunning location and will enthusiastically promote all Dublin has to offer in broad and creative ways.

Steppingstone prepares students from marginalized communities to access, navigate, and graduate from college through two initiatives, the Steppingstone Scholars Program and the National Partnership for Educational Access (NPEA).
