St. Mary’s Academy seeks an Assistant Director of Admission, a full-time, 12-month, salaried position starting on or around October 1, 2025. This individual will play a key role in welcoming prospective families, guiding them through the admissions process, and supporting the overall goals of the Office of Admission. The Assistant Director of Admission reports to the Director of Admissions and manages the administrative aspects of admissions—including database management, scheduling, communications, and event planning—while also serving as an engaging and knowledgeable representative of the Academy. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high degree of organization, and a warm, professional presence with families, students, alumni, and colleagues.
