Director of ITC, EC and Primary School Admission
Position Overview: Hathaway Brown School seeks a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as the Director of Admission for the Infant & Toddler Center, Early Childhood and Primary School. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the admission process for Infants through Grade 4, with a focus on attracting, evaluating, and retaining mission-aligned families. The Director will report to the Director of Enrollment Management and be part of a six-member team. The Director also works closely with school leadership and faculty to ensure a seamless, thoughtful, and inclusive experience for prospective students and their families. Key Responsibilities:
