Unquowa School, an independent, coeducational PreK–8 school in Fairfield, Connecticut, with a proud history of progressive education dating back to 1917, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Enrollment Management to join our leadership team starting July 1, 2025.

The Director of Enrollment Management will play a key role in shaping and communicating the school’s story—driving enrollment, strengthening brand identity, and amplifying the Unquowa experience both on campus and in the broader community.
Job Summary :
Reporting directly to the Head of School and collaborating closely with the senior leadership team, the Director of Enrollment Management will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive enrollment/marketing strategy to elevate the visibility and reputation of The Unquowa School. This strategic leader will work with admissions colleagues to guide enrollment/re-enrollment efforts, advance the school’s brand, and strengthen community engagement through admissions-related events. The Director will also work with communications staff to oversee the planning and production of all marketing materials and manage the school’s advertising, publicity and public relations initiatives to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all channels.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in independent school admissions/marketing
- A BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university. A Master’s degree in a related field such as communications or marketing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in using social media effectively. Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics a plus.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects with shifting priorities and competing deadlines.
