The Admission Office of St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School seeks a full-time, 12 month Director of Upper School Admission. The Director reports to the Director of Enrollment Management and works closely with the Directors of Lower and Middle School Admission and the larger admission team across all three campuses. The Director collaborates with and shares the role of overseeing the Associate Director of 6-12 Admission.
The Director is responsible for management of Upper School enrollment, including admission, retention and the allocation of financial assistance. The school annually sets enrollment targets in consultation with the Director that are a primary measure of success.

What Will You Do?
Develop and execute a strategy to achieve or exceed enrollment targets
Partner closely with the Communications/Marketing team to develop marketing strategy including highlighting the Upper School's value proposition
Organize and chair the Upper School Admission Committee
Attend and regularly present at Upper School faculty meetings
Represent SSSAS and speak of the Saints Mission and program at external events, particularly at feeder schools
Plan and manage on-campus events
Develop and implement yield plans for individual applicants
Provide exceptional customer service and experience
Confer with the Director of Financial Assistance regarding need-based grants
Assemble and mail information packets and invitations
Provide campus tours
Greet and settle guests as needed
Manage and/or attend evening and weekend events, both at school and off campus (such as neighborhood-based receptions)
Collaborate with Upper School Administration in onboarding new students and their families
Oversee new student placement testing
Partner with Athletic office to facilitate the recruitment of student athletes
Supervise the Upper School Admission Ambassador Program
Interview prospective students and their parents
Coordinate student visit days
Partner closely with the Upper School Administrative Team regarding admission events, shadow days, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated, measurable success and experience in admission, recruitment, fundraising or sales
CRM/Database experience
Independent school experience as a parent, student, or employee
Professionalism in all aspects of job performance
Evidence of exceptional customer service
Ability to tour, climb stairs, lift packages and supplies
Undergraduate degree in an appropriate field
