Hopkins School, an independent day school for grades 7-12 located in New Haven, CT, is seeking a Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management to begin July 1, 2025. A full-time, 12-month, exempt position reporting to the Head of School, and a member of the School’s senior leadership team, the Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the admissions process to attract, enroll, and retain mission-appropriate students at Hopkins. The Director develops and implements strategic enrollment plans, oversees recruitment efforts, and fosters relationships with prospective families, feeder schools, and the broader community.
