Flintridge Preparatory School (“Flintridge Prep or Prep”) seeks a Director of Enrollment Management (DEM) who can build on its outstanding reputation and expand the community’s understanding of an enrollment management practice, while strengthening admissions and enrollment processes. Reporting to the Head of School, the Director of Enrollment Management will be central in creating an enrollment management infrastructure while building on the existing strengths of the Admission Office. The DEM is a member of the Senior Leadership Team, manages the Admission Office staff of three, is responsible for the strategic leadership and direction of student recruitment and enrollment efforts, and for the integration of the financial aid function into the admission office operation. In addition, the Director is responsible for the oversight of all phases of the admissions and financial aid process, institutional research, re-enrollment efforts, new student/family orientation and constituent volunteers including faculty and the student and parent ambassador programs.
