The opportunities and priorities of the Director of Enrollment shall consist of, but not limited to, elevating the Academy's marketing efforts from media to messaging, strengthen relationships with Parish and other private schools for recruitment, partnering with the Office of Alumnae Relations and Parent Engagement to develop outreach strategies, leverage Bay View's strengths as value propositions to increase visibility, focus on attracting talented student-athletes to foster program growth, enhancing the Academy's tradition of artistic excellenc
