THE POSITION: Hawken seeks a full-time (12-month) Director of Flexible Tuition and Assistant to the Assistant Head of School for Enrollment Management to begin July 1, 2024. The successful candidate will further Hawken’s mission of “forward-focused preparation for the real world through the development of character and intellect” by recruiting a diverse and talented student body. The school is looking for a dynamic self-starter who can initiate and work on projects independently and also work cooperatively with a larger admission team across Hawken’s four campuses.
