Moses Brown seeks a dynamic and strategic educational leader to partner with the Head of School, Senior Leadership Team, and the Board of Trustees to leverage the unique strengths of the school with its deep history while propelling the school forward in the context of a complex and changing world. The Director of Enrollment Management coordinates and oversees all aspects of enrollment planning and strategy in all divisions and is responsible for the management and growth of admission personnel. Using a net tuition revenue model, the Director works closely with the CFO to set target revenue goals and is responsible for meeting those goals for the school.
