Position Overview The Marketing and Communications Manager plays a strong role in advancing the mission, program, and goals of Open Window School. The primary objective of this role is to develop, produce, curate, and deliver highly engaging and innovative communications and digital content that tells the story of the school, creating momentum and buy-in for fundraising campaigns, building trust with current OWS families, and extending the school’s brand. They will proactively collaborate with the school’s senior leadership team, faculty and staff to project manager and execute initiatives, remain current on key issues, and to cultivate positive relationships with the school’s community members.
