St. Andrew’s Episcopal School seeks a dynamic and experienced Director of Enrollment Management to begin July 2024. This is a 12-month, full-time senior administrative position, reporting to the Head of School.

Founded in 1978, St. Andrew’s is a co-educational independent day school, enrolling approximately 720 students in preschool through grade 12. Position Description: St. Andrew’s Episcopal School is seeking a Director of Enrollment Management to lead the school’s short- and long-term efforts to attract, enroll, and retain a diverse student community. The Director of Enrollment Management is an integral member of the school’s senior administrative team and works closely with the Head of School and Board of Trustees to provide data-driven insight to inform the school’s enrollment goals. The next Director of Enrollment Management will join a thriving institution and will oversee a high-performing team of five other admission professionals.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will demonstrate energy, warmth, flexibility, and a sense of humor, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in enrollment management at an independent school or college.
