The Hillside School is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Enrollment Management to lead our admissions and enrollment efforts. The Director of Enrollment Management will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing the school's enrollment strategy and managing the admissions process.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic enrollment plan to meet the school's enrollment goals and objectives.
- Manage the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective families.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain students.
- Lead the admissions team and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure they effectively represent the school to prospective families.
- Foster relationships with feeder schools, educational consultants, and other key stakeholders to increase visibility and referrals.
- Utilize data and analytics to assess enrollment trends, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Maintain and update the school's admissions database and records, including proficiency with Veracross and Funnell CRM.
- Represent The Hillside School at admissions events, open houses, and other outreach opportunities.
- Manage financial aid and scholarship programs in collaboration with the Business Office.
- Stay current on best practices and trends in enrollment management and independent school admissions.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in enrollment management and admissions, preferably in an independent school setting.
- Familiarity with enrollment management software, including Veracross and Funnell CRM, is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret enrollment data.

We opened our doors to 10 students at the Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit in Emmaus, PA in 1983. We moved to our current seven-acre home in Lower Macungie Township in the Lehigh Valley six years later. Next year we celebrate our 40th Anniversary!
Our students are intelligent children who learn differently from their peers. Students may be diagnosed with a language-based learning disability like dyslexia, which affects reading; dysgraphia, affecting writing; dyscalculia, affecting math; Students may also demonstrate difficulty with executive function skills, attention, and focus.
Children attend Hillside from kindergarten through eighth grade. We prepare students by teaching them the skills and strategies needed to succeed beyond the halls of Hillside. In the last 35 years, over 1,000 students have successfully transitioned from Hillside to various public, religious, or private schools.
