Saint Louis Priory School seeks a Director of Enrollment Management for the 23-24 academic school year. Founded in 1956 by the Benedictine monks of Saint Louis Abbey, Priory is an independent Catholic school for young men in grades 7 through 12. We provide a college preparatory and liberal arts education of the highest excellence using our unique Benedictine approach designed to develop young men in mind, body and spirit through a rigorous balance of disciplines that challenge the whole person while cultivating a lifelong sense of community. All candidates should demonstrate a desire to be involved in the entire community and must support the Catholic mission of our school.
The purpose of this position is to embrace and articulate the mission of the school and to lead the creation and attainment of strategic recruiting and retention objectives for students. The Director is responsible for developing the school’s annual and long-term recruitment based on the school’s vision and strategic plan which will lead to successful management of the number of enrolled students, both new and current. The Director supervises and provides leadership and direction to the school’s enrollment management team.
