The Position

Greens Farms Academy seeks an Assistant Director of Enrollment to begin August 1, 2023. The Assistant Director will report to the Director of Enrollment and Financial Aid and directly support the functions of the PreK-12 Enrollment Office. The Assistant Director will join a fast-paced office of professionals with a service-oriented ethos and will be involved in all aspects of the admission process including:

• Engaging in all areas of the enrollment management process with prospective families (outreach, interviewing and tour process, and meaningful, timely engagement throughout admission season)
• Serve as a member of divisional committees as part of the selection process for student admission
• Entry level data input/statistics to support admission application process and broader marketplace analysis
• Communications/marketing support for admissions goals, potential admission outreach with fairs/conferences
• Collaborative engagement with GFA community (faculty, staff, parents) to support admissions goals and event planning needs
• Planning and hosting admission events including divisional Open House events and class visit days

An important ambassador for GFA, the Assistant Director must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and a strong commitment to independent school life which involves taking on various other responsibilities within the school community as needed.

Professional Qualifications:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) and at least one year of experience in enrollment management in independent schools (familiarity with PreK-12 preferred).
• Strong organization and time management skills. 
• Excellent communication skills - both written and oral.
• Demonstrated capacity for leading admission teams, including in special projects.
• Willingness to work as part of a team with an emphasis on collaboration and autonomy.
• Experience with enrollment management software (Ravenna, Clarity, Senior Systems, Finalsite, etc).

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
