Jackson Walnut Park School seeks a full-time Director of Admission and Enrollment Management for the 2023-2024 school year. The Director is responsible for the coordination and oversight of the school’s admission and retention initiatives. The Director works closely with the JWP Head of School and Director of Walnut Park Montessori to provide leadership and implementation for the enrollment management program in support of the school’s mission and values as well as a thriving school culture. The Director also plays a role in the development, coordination and implementation of a broad, comprehensive, and strategic marketing and branding plan designed to promote admission and retention of students.
Broad responsibilities include:
Incorporate best-practices in a coordinated effort to further the school’s mission and values by attracting and retaining a diverse student body.
Oversight and coordination of all aspects of the school’s admission and enrollment management efforts.
Collaboration with school leadership to develop the school’s marketing and branding efforts and communicate the value of a Jackson Walnut Park education both internally and externally.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, with a preference for a graduate degree. She/he will have at least five years prior experience working in school admissions, with a track record of success. Independent or private school experience and familiarity with the Ravenna admission database is a plus. Candidates must present well and possess excellent verbal and written communications skills. Candidates must enjoy working with people and motivating volunteers and colleagues, and be adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously.
