Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall School in Waltham, MA, is seeking a creative, progressively minded, and hard-working admissions professional to become our Director of Enrollment Management. As a school that embraces the Multiple Intelligences and differentiated learning, we seek a leader who works diligently to understand all learners and believes, as we do, that it is not “how smart you are' but rather “how you are smart.” This key leadership position is responsible for exceeding all enrollment goals through the recruitment of prospective students, oversight of the admissions process for all applicants, and management of a dynamic team of admission professionals.
Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall (CH-CH) is a college preparatory, all-gender, day and boarding school with approximately 200 students. Currently grades 9-12, CH-CH will be launching a middle school division this fall, beginning with an 8th grade. A 7th grade program will launch in fall, 2024.

the ability to think creatively in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to support student enrollment
strong cross-cultural and collaborative skills
