The Mountain Academy Enrollment Management Director position oversees enrollment strategy including prospective pipeline, revenue management, admissions functions, and administering of the Tuition Assistance program for TSS Mountain Academy. Using a data-driven approach with a focus on customer experience, the role is measured by successful recruitment and retention of mission-appropriate families and students.
Responsibilities:
Admissions and Tuition Assistance
Collect and use enrollment data to guide enrollment efforts
Plan and coordinate admission calendar events for Independent Schools
Recruit, enroll and retain Independent School students
Represent Mountain Academy in professional organizations related to Independent School enrollment management
Manage Admissions Project Budget
Manage Tuition Assistance process
Student/Family Experience and Retention
Plan and coordinate with student life and divisions, retention and student activity calendar events for Independent Schools and manages retention committee meetings and follow-up activities
Manage re-enrollment process, including a staff retention committee
Responsible for student and family data (surveys, qualitative data) & recommending changes to program and operations
Coordinate Parent and Student Ambassador Program
Innovation - reshaping the way we view student experience as retention
Marcom / Business Systems
Lead ongoing Marketing & Communications efforts with TSS team marketing
Collaborate with MarCom team on recruitment marketing plans (ie. advertising, collateral, website, etc.)
Collaborate with Registration/Business Systems Team on Salesforce-related processes, builds and ongoing maintenance to support enrollment activities
School Leadership Teams
Attend regular Mountain Academy leadership meetings
Work on key projects and priorities as determined through school leadership teams
Active member of the Advancement Team including monthly meeting participation
Supervisor Responsibilities
Hire, train, and supervise an Office Manager
Responsible for evaluation and feedback processes associated with annual and ongoing review.
Responsible to assure all supervised staff are up to date on certifications
One TSS Responsibilities
Engages and collaborates across TSS program areas when possible.
Proactively and positively shares the TSS mission and program structure with external stakeholders
Cross markets TSS programs when opportunities arise

Qualifications:
Master's Degree Preferred
At least 5 years experience in a relevant field
Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external constituents
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience leading high-functioning teams toward a common mission
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
Stretches of time outdoors in all weather, including extreme temperatures and arid conditions
May be expected to work evenings, weekends, or overtime to support special programs/events
