General Function and Support: Support the goals within the Admissions Office at Stuart Country Day School of the Sacred Heart.

The Associate Director of Admissions and Financial Aid is responsible for providing superior customer service to current and prospective Stuart families. Through effective identification of potential students, responding to inquiries, serving as a liaison to those investigating Stuart, overseeing Stuart’s financial aid program, and organizing and executing Admissions and Advancement events, the Associate Director of Admissions will serve as a contact for all divisions by clearly communicating the benefits and value of an all-girls’ Catholic education.
Admissions and Financial Aid
Assist the Director of Admissions and Events in articulating all aspects and value of a Stuart education.
Serve as contact to all families considering Stuart for all divisions through effective partnerships and visibility across the school.
Establish relationships with inquiring applicants and families, assisting them through the admissions process.
Schedule interviews, testing, and classroom visits for applicants.
Partner with the Marketing Department to develop hi-quality marketing materials articulating the benefit of a Stuart education.
Serve as outside recruiter by representing Stuart at school fairs and visits and developing strategic partnerships with area feeder schools and local organizations such as Girl Scouts, Princeton Girl Choir, etc.
Follow up on all inquiries, establishing relationships with inquiring applicants and families; maintain detailed and accurate constituent files utilizing platforms and systems established by the department.
Conduct tours, when not done by students, and interview students and parents for admission to Stuart.
Organize and manage Stuart’s Financial Aid program including managing family applications, database coordination, and offer letters across all divisions. Support scholarship stewardship activities as needed.
Oversee Stuart Experience Fund including notifying families and ordering books, technology and other items as necessary.
Coordinate review of applications for review by admissions committees.
Produce all necessary enrollment related correspondence, including online enrollment and re-enrollment through OnBoard.
Coordinate Admissions Office mailings, including inquiry packets, event invitations, etc.
Events and Volunteer Engagement
Conceptualize and execute high-quality admissions events on behalf of Stuart including Open Houses, Information Sessions, Revisit Days, TOTS, RAISE HER VOICE programs, and other signature events including but organizing event logistics including but not limited to: event requests, food and beverage needs, decor, entertainment, invitations, RSVPs, program materials, event attendee lists, remarks and follow-up.
Assist in the planning and coordinating of enrollment activities as needed.
Develop and organize Lower, Middle and Upper School Tour Guide Program, engaging students and parents as partners in articulating the value of Stuart education.
Database and Administration
Prepare and maintain applicant files utilizing CRM systems including OnBoard.
Track and produce admissions activity data necessary for reporting purposes for Advancement and Marketing and Enrollment
Develop and recommend appropriate and efficient ways to track prospective students including their affiliations and interests.
Assist with overall management of Enrollment management systems including updating constituent information, creating new records, data cleanup, processing applications and preparing contracts as needed.
Participate in training and professional development related to admissions, Microsoft Office, and Blackbaud.
Working with marketing to maintain stock of Admissions materials including viewbook, inquiry pads, postcards, yard signs, etc.
Assist with any other tasks as assigned by the Director.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
Experience in independent school education preferred

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
