Germantown Academy, located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, is seeking qualified, experienced candidates for a full-time position of Admission, Enrollment and Financial Aid Data and Research Manager, beginning in as soon as possible. The Admission, Enrollment and Financial Aid Data and Research Manager reports to and supports the Director of Admission, Enrollment and Financial Aid in developing all database and research processes. They will develop and manage data input procedures for admission and enrollment statistics. They will create necessary departmental reports related to admission, enrollment and financial aid statistics. They will conduct internal and external research projects as requested by the Director. They will work collaboratively with the Admission, Enrollment and Financial Aid Office Manager regarding statistical analysis of internal and external data. They will work collaboratively with the Database Operations Manager to ensure admission and enrollment and financial aid policies and procedures are in compliance with overall school policies and procedures. They will also assist the Director with Enrollment Management research, data, reports and special projects. They may be asked to support the Assistant Directors of Admission and the Admission Officers.
Manage and maintain Admission, Enrollment and Financial Aid Office database.
Serve as departmental contact for Veracross providing professional development to team as necessary.
Implement all technology procedures related to admission, enrollment and financial aid processes.
Serve as liaison to Technology Department to review all necessary data operations including implementation of new procedures, collaborative decision making, and general support.
Develop and implement all research projects as required within the department and as needed by the school.
Develop and maintain all departmental statistical reports.
Develop and maintain all statistical reports necessary for intradepartmental collaboration.
Assist with Admission Website by updating all information regarding admission process.
Assist Director with the management of the enrollment process for all new students.
Assist the Director with the management/oversight of the re-enrollment process.
Collaborate with Office Manager for intradepartmental reporting.
Support with data entry as needed.
Attend departmental and community events.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Must be highly accurate and detail oriented to ensure that this visible work is of high quality
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to explain technical concepts
Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Must exercise sound judgment and discretion in communication with the public and the school community fully honoring the confidentiality required in admission, enrollment and financial aid work
Must be able to work independently, take initiative and assume responsibility for all components of the position
Must be able to multi-task, monitor deadlines, implement time management skills and prioritize workload
Must have expertise in Microsoft Office suite, and experience with Veracross preferred
Must possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to work as a team player
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Information Technology related field, Master’s degree preferred
Minimum 3 years’ experience in technology and research related field.
