Kent Place School, a K through 12 independent day school for girls, with a coeducational Preschool, seeks a dynamic and innovative Assistant Director of Admission for Outreach and Engagement. This role works alongside fellow Admission team members, and partners with the Communications Office and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Office to widen our reach to prospective students from myriad backgrounds, interests, and experiences, and provides support to students after they enroll. In addition, the Assistant Director of Admission for Outreach and Engagement will work with the team to administer all admission-related operations, serve as a voting member on Admission Committees, and support the Director of Financial Aid in the daily operations of the financial aid process.
A passion for working with students, exceptional interpersonal skills with both adults and children, a firm understanding of the trending and most effective tools for communication to reach multiple constituents, strong writing skills, experience working with multicultural communities and individuals, creativity, and a spirit of joyful collaboration are qualities of a well-suited candidate for this position. Related prior experience and a Bachelor's degree required.
