The Admission Services Coordinator is an integral member of the admission team, providing support for all initiatives related to the student recruitment and enrollment process. The person in this role will manage logistics and administrative details, wearing many hats to drive results. This role is a 30 hour per week position reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management and Financial Aid. As a 12 month, three quarter time role, this position is classified as benefit eligible.
Oversee and manage technical aspects of the admissions website, admissions databases and attendant demands e.g. electronic file system (Ravenna), statistical reports, charts, forms, admissions letters, financial aid correspondence, labels, etc.
Serve as the primary support staff member for the Office of Admission and Director of Enrollment Management, oversee the departmental calendar, and offer administrative support to all team members.
Represent the school to prospective families through timely, thoughtful, and individualized communication as they navigate the Admissions process.
Track admissions-related data, producing monthly statistics on admissions activity, funnel statistics, and enrollment numbers.
Provide data customization when necessary (e.g., create templates, queries, reports)
Assist in the planning and execution of Admission events
High school diploma and experience working in an office setting required.
Knowledge of school processes and procedures is a plus.
Familiarity with Veracross or related database, as well as proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite of products and Google platform.
Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under varying deadlines
Must be a self-starter with an enthusiasm for work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively with all members of the community
Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to support the mission of the institution.
Excellent communication skills required (both orally and in writing), maintaining open channels and exemplifying strong customer service skills
