We are seeking an Associate Director of Admissions PS-8 that understands the life-changing value that a St. Anne's education can be for children in their formative years, and is passionate about identifying and stewarding prospective families through the admissions process.
Reporting to the Assistant Head for Enrollment Management (AHEM), the Associate Director is responsible for developing and implementing strategy and programs to realize annual enrollment goals. The Associate Director must be eager to grow enrollment and recruit new families through new markets, innovative strategies, and outreach. Serving as prospective families' first ambassador to the School, this person will be entrusted with the systematic and efficient handling of students' applications. The Associate Director will work closely with current families and other key stakeholders of the School to assist with outreach and recruitment, while also maximizing retention of current students and engaging in discussions about the enrollment of siblings when appropriate. To accomplish these goals, the selected candidate will have the partnership of experienced and adaptive colleagues from within the admissions team and across the School.

Education and Experience:
Minimum: Bachelor's Degree and three years of related experience, admissions experience, and teaching at the Lower or Middle School level a plus
Preferred: Master's Degree and three-plus years of experience in admission related field in an educational environment
Physical Demands and Work Experience: Office environment with frequent interruptions.
