Northfield Mount Hermon seeks a dynamic and motivated individual to identify, recruit, and enroll qualified prospective students and families in accordance with the NMH mission. Each Assistant Director will be responsible for a specific geographic area. Territory responsibilities include travel, phone communication, video conferencing, interviewing and other responsibilities as assigned. The Assistant Director may be responsible for an applicant review committee as well as residential duty.
The successful applicant will have a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years related sales experience is preferred. The person should have outstanding organizational skills, the aptitude of a self-starter capable of working independently, and the ability to keep up with the fast pace of the office during the peak season. Two to four weeks of travel is expected. Candidates must have the ability to process and hold confidential information and exercise independent judgement. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google applications, and other web-based software is desired. Additional qualifications include the ability to work collaboratively with a team and the time to work flexible hours during certain times of the year. The job involves some night and evening work.
