CATS Academy is a division of CATS Colleges Holdings headquartered in the UK, which has been delivering programs including ‘A’ Level, International pre-university, Baccalaureate, as well as English Language study, to the growing market of international students seeking to enter the world’s leading universities and to improve their English Language skills for personal and professional growth since 1952.
The Group operates under three different brands: CATS Academy/ CATS Colleges – private boarding high schools across the world, Stafford House International - English Language learning schools located in Toronto, Calgary, and across the UK, and Study Holiday – summer program with English Language courses and local activities in the USA and across the UK.
Key duties & responsibilities:
This individual will be responsible for supporting our recruitment and marketing efforts internationally by means of providing the required on-site support structure to agents, parents, recruitment team members and all other key stakeholders for our international student community. Duties will include but are not limited to:
Pre-arrival/arrival recruitment tasks
Arrange campus tours for interested parties etc.
Working with the international recruitment team, arrange student interviews with school admin / faculty staff members as required.
Arrange events during arrivals weekend(s) Parents Induction etc.
Arrange events so our students have the best Student Experience possible
Manage CATS Academy Boston social accounts to proactively communicate with parents on student matters as required (general inbound queries from parents/agents + proactive communication for student issues as they arise).
Proactively monitor student performance and attendance using our internal student management system so to highlight any student performance issues to parents immediately. As a follow up to this, you may also be required to help parents/agents understand that a student required additional support or private tutoring and help to make arrangements for this.
Arrange calls between admin/faculty staff members and the parents/agents of existing students as required, provide a translation service for these calls.
Work with the student recruitment team
Help manage student ambassadors who can arrange community events and feedback etc.
Marketing / Recruitment Support
Collate news of events/activities/excursions/sports etc. from the school and post to Social Channels regularly.
Help with specific marketing requirements (capturing testimonials, images, videos etc.)
Manage student Alumni Project, some travel to other cities may be required to fulfil this task.
As part of the student ambassador initiative, encourage existing students to give feedback, presentations, speak to prospective students/families etc.
Arrange invitation letters for parents/agents/partner schools as required.
Manage on-shore focused agents + direct transfer applicants.
Mandarin language skills a plus, or other languages
Strong organizational skills
Passion to help students
Willingness to travel within the US
Experience in producing marketing materials, such as flyers, videos, imagery etc.
Experience in international education
Salary and Benefits
Salary range: $45,000 - $50,000
