Admission Associate responsibilities:

• Be a major contributor in developing and executing a strategic vision for recruitment and enrollment of qualified students from diverse experiences and backgrounds.
• Effectively communicate, by word and deed, the mission of Cheshire Academy to prospective students and their families.
• Develop and cultivate relationships with prospective parents and students throughout the application process while guiding them from inquiry to interview, interview to application and ultimately, admission decision.
• Collaborate with the Admission Office team to effectively coordinate all admission recruitment events (shadow days, school fairs, open houses, receptions, revisit days, etc.).
• Pursue professional development in the fields of admission and marketing through webinars, podcasts, and attendance at conferences (as offered) to ensure that Cheshire Academy implements best practices.
• Other responsibilities as needed and requested by the Director of Admission and Head of School.  This position requires occasional evening and weekend hours as well as travel nationally and internationally post Covid-19.

Head Girls Varsity Soccer Coach responsibilities:

• Direct coaching responsibilities inclusive of: program organization, practice planning, game preparation/management, and overall student-athlete development following the mission statement and core values of Cheshire Academy.
• Support CA commitment to student-athletes through prioritization of student academic success, character development, social emotional learning, and community involvement.
• Yearly recruitment and retention of highly skilled mission-appropriate student-athletes.
• In collaboration with the College Counseling Office, provide guidance to student athletes engaged in the NCAA recruitment process.
• Administrative tasks including, but not limited to: continuous communication with the athletic department, prepare and update team rosters, oversee individual and team stats, provide game wrap ups to media outlets and CA website, utilize game filming with Hudl, attend league and conference meetings for NEPSAC league.
• Provide end of season collection of information, uniforms, award winners, and season review.
• Create a competitive, fun, and positive environment for all student athletes.
