Director of Enrollment Management Kingswood Oxford School seeks an enthusiastic, experienced Director of Enrollment Management. The successful individual will be a dedicated customer service professional with a demonstrated ability to develop, implement and evaluate a strategic recruitment plan that complements the vision, mission, and values of the School. Responsibilities: The Director of Enrollment Management will oversee and be responsible for day-to-day operations of the Office of Admission as well as the development and implementation of enrollment strategies. He or she will act as a senior member of the Administration and will report directly to the Head of School. The Director presents to the Board of Trustees regarding enrollment matters, as well as coordinates and establishes overall enrollment objectives with the Head of School and other Senior Administrators. In addition, he or she will: - Maintain and interpret admissions, enrollment, and retention statistics to track trends, create enrollment and net tuition projections, and support the School's strategic initiatives;
- Provide clear vision and supervisory leadership to the Admissions team;
- Manage and evaluate the professional activities of the Admissions staff;
- Collaborate closely with the Financial Assistance staff to ensure the allocation of resources in a fair, standardized, and effective manner in line with the School’s enrollment goals as well as its Mission and Core Values;
- Develop and implement programs designed to recruit students that are consistent with the Board’s initiatives and enrollment goals (e.g. high ability, diversity, athletes, fine/performing arts);
- Coordinate feeder school recruitment programs;
- Coordinate communications, in consultation with the Director of Marketing and Communications and Office of Marketing and Communications, in support of recruitment and marketing initiatives;
- Manage market research, analysis, and implementation of results in collaboration with the Director of Marketing and Communications and Office of Marketing and Communications;
- Engage stakeholders (faculty, department chairs, form deans, coaches, current and past parents, etc.) in the marketing of the School to prospective families;
- Administer the department's software (Ravenna) to gain efficiencies in the admissions process for applicants and office staff, and ensure data integrity;
- Coordinate summer admissions activities;
- Interview prospective candidates for admission;
- Oversee the Middle and Upper School Faculty Admissions Committees;
- Evaluate applications as a member of the Admissions Committee;
- Coordinate retention-focused programs for the Middle School and Upper School, including gathering information from faculty and staff regarding potential attrition;
- Coordinate reenrollment process with all stakeholders;
- Develop projections and maintain statistics regarding reenrollment.
