Choate Rosemary Hall seeks a candidate for the Director of Financial Aid with a start date of July 1, 2021. This position is a full time (46-week) administrative faculty position reporting to the Director of Admission. The Director of Financial Aid assumes overall responsibility for the administration of the financial aid program at Choate. The Director of Financial Aid is a member of the Admission team and as such assists with all aspects of the admission and recruitment process, working closely with the Director and the Financial Aid Committee. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree or higher; at least five years of administrative and leadership experience in admission, financial aid, and enrollment management at the secondary or collegiate level; a proven track record as a highly collaborative individual with strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills; and familiarity with independent, boarding school or residential college environment.
