As the Assistant Head of School for Enrollment, you will lead a collaborative and coordinated all-school effort to convey St. Anne’s-Belfield’s unique value to the marketplace in order to attract, enroll, and retain a mission-appropriate, diverse and inclusive student community. This includes:
Developing and implementing enrollment and admission plans with clearly stated goals and objectives to achieve desired student body composition and net tuition revenue
Serving as a thought partner for, and collaborator with, a dynamic, fast-paced, ambitious, and creative senior administrative team and Head of School
Providing leadership in admission and recruitment and directing the process of attracting, selecting, and enrolling students while sustaining and enhancing the School’s position in the marketplace
Working closely with the Chief Finance Officer/Chief Operating Officer (CFO/COO) and Chief Strategic Communications Officer (CCO) to support and refine the School’s financial aid and marketing strategies
Closely aligning with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity (DEI) team on the selection process and other recruitment and retention efforts
Together with the HOS and senior leadership help to re-envision and develop the Residential Program into a truly diverse and highly valued part of the school
Maintaining statistical, trend, and forecasting data related to admission and enrollment. Presenting data to the senior administration, the Board of Trustees, and the faculty. Understanding and informing the School community about research and trends in admission that ensures that changes and challenges are anticipated, understood and addressed
Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with educational constituencies and related partners including area schools, preschools, consultants, admission directors, and organizations; Create new networking opportunities
