Brandon Hall School, an international boarding and day school serving students in grades 6-12, seeks an experienced and dynamic Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management to begin work July 1, 2021.
The Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management (DAEM) will provide visionary admissions and enrollment management leadership and work in partnership with the Head of School, Board of Trustees, and school community. The DAEM is a senior leadership team position reporting to the Head of School and is responsible for coordinating the School’s efforts to attract and retain students from all over the world to lead lives of leadership, scholarship, and service.
Successful candidates will possess a minimum of five years experience in admissions and enrollment management leadership and a strong commitment to working in a boarding school community. In addition, candidates should possess superior interpersonal, organizational and technology skills, and display high energy, flexibility, empathy, and a sense of humor.
It is also critical that the Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management foster a cooperative and inclusive professional environment and demonstrate care and respect for colleagues.
A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is strongly preferred.
