Niche is looking for a highly motivated Enrollment Marketing Lead to drive our B2B marketing efforts among K-12 schools. You’ll be tasked with evangelizing and expanding our enrollment marketing solutions for U.S. K-12 schools and establishing Niche as a thought leader in the K12 market. You'll develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, sales adoption, and client engagement and be a conduit for client feedback to our Sales and Product teams.
What You Will Do
During the First Month:
Learn about Niche by meeting with various team members to learn more about our company through our onboarding meetings
Collaborate with various team members to get a clear understanding of our users, clients, products, and current B2B marketing strategy
Start building relationships and trust with key stakeholders
Within 3 Months:
Develop a deep understanding of K-12 enrollment marketing solutions, digital advertising, and how we drive value for our clients
Develop a deep understanding of clients, products and the buyer’s journey across each of the K12 segments
Gain a deep understanding of the current content marketing initiatives and areas of focus. Begin to identify areas for growth
Establish a strong relationship with the Enrollment Marketing Lead to ensure alignment and consistency
Within 6 Months:
Begin to develop blog posts, case studies, client surveys, and white papers to support Sales efforts and help refine our product offering
Begin to develop and present webinars, panel discussions, and conference sessions for industry stakeholders
Within 12 Months:
Lead the content development plan for K12 schools to target prospects and clients through the customer lifecycle, including new client acquisition, client engagement, client analytics, and brand awareness
Help refine and communicate our value proposition to admissions and marketing departments at schools
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field
5+ years of relevant work experience in K12 admissions or enrollment marketing
Extensive knowledge of the K12 search and admissions process
Must be highly analytical and love working with numbers
Relentless work ethic - eager to solve one problem and move on to the next
Must be an excellent communicator and comfortable being a face of the company
Fearless and thick-skinned. Must be able to calmly field difficult questions from clients and media
Able to thrive and quickly adapt in a fast paced, team oriented environment
