The Raleigh School seeks a Director of Admissions and Marketing (Preschool-Grade 5) who will lead all aspects of admissions, marketing, communications, enrollment, and retention. The Director supports the school’s mission, strategic enrollment goals, and brand awareness. The Director is a member of the Financial Aid Committee and the school’s Leadership Team and reports directly to the Head of School. For over 65 years the school has functioned as a village of play-based, hands-on, integrated learning for students 18 months of age through fifth grade, now serving over 400 children. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Development and implementation of recruitment and retention strategies, initiatives, and relationships
- Development and implementation of the school's marketing and communications strategies
- Plan and manage all admissions related events
- Oversee the admissions, enrollment, and reenrollment processes including preparation, distribution, receipt, and documentation of contract packages as well as the preschool class placement process
- Work as a member of the Financial Aid Committee to review financial aid applications to determine families’ ability to pay and eligibility for financial assistance
- Communicate admissions decisions to all applicants and manage/ maintain wait pools
- Analyze admissions data and regularly prepare reports for Head of School, Board of Trustees, and other constituent groups
- Serve as an active and collaborative member of the senior administrative leadership team
- Coordinate and train parent admissions ambassadors/welcome committees
- Serve as the administrator for Admissions software and website, responsible for updates and upgrades
