The Assistant Director of Admission for Outreach will assume a critical role within the admission office. The Assistant Director will help increase the exposure of the school through the management of the customer relations management system, Hubspot, and the development of the school’s marketing plan through the admission office’s social media platforms.
Reporting to the Director of Admission, the Assistant Director will assist with and coordinate in-person and virtual programming, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere to internal and external constituents.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Supervise all aspects of admission social media interaction between customers and the company, ensuring a positive customer service experience
Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube
Participate in the creation and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes admission objectives and initiatives
Oversee day-to-day management of marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency
Work with admission and marketing to create and implement social media strategies monthly
Manage prospect communications for admission through Hubspot and MailChimp.
Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling campus tours, overnight visits, virtual open houses, and virtual visits for prospective students and consultants.
Participate in the planning and execution of various on-campus programming, including Invite Back Weekend and Opening Day
Coordinate the Woodberry Parents and Alumni Assisting Woodbery (PAAW) program. Enlist and train alumni and parents to support admission efforts
