Choate Rosemary Hall seeks an Associate Director of Admission and Multicultural Recruitment with a start date of Summer, 2020.
The Associate Director of Admission and Multicultural Recruitment is a full time (46-week) administrative faculty position reporting to the Director of Admission. The Associate Director of Admission and Multicultural Recruitment is a member of the Admission team and as such assists with all aspects of the admission and recruitment process, working closely with the Director of Multicultural Recruitment.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or higher; several years of relevant admission experience; a proven track record as a highly collaborative individual with strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills; familiarity with independent, boarding school or residential college environment.
The Associate Director of Admission and Multicultural Recruitment carries appropriate residential life and advising responsibilities, determined in consultation with the Dean of Faculty.
