Wilmington Montessori School is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Enrollment Management to join our administrative team.
The Director of Enrollment Management oversees and directs all aspects of the school’s admissions program, working with the administrative team to further the school’s enrollment goals. The Director of Enrollment Management is the first contact with the school and as such must be outgoing, friendly, energetic and welcoming to all. This position is responsible for school events such as open houses and retention evenings, as well as events that focus on the broader community, representing the school, its philosophy and pedagogy at a variety of community events.
The Director of Enrollment Management monitors, assesses and reports admissions and enrollment data as it pertains to enrollment goals established by the Head of School and Board of Directors.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required.
Five years of admission and tuition assistance experience in an independent school setting preferred.
A strong commitment to toddler through eighth grade independent school education.
Highly developed technological and data analysis skills and familiarity with student information systems.
Superior communication skills, both written and oral.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and managerial skills.
Warmth, high energy, collaborative spirit, emotional intelligence and sense of humor a must.
