Trinity Episcopal School is a co-educational, Prekindergarten through Eighth Grade school serving 350 students in the Garden District of New Orleans. Trinity’s Director of Enrollment Management reports directly to the Head of School and is responsible for all aspects of the admission and enrollment management functions at Trinity.
Primary responsibilities include:
Manage Trinity’s admission, enrollment management, and financial aid operations.
Passionately, skillfully, and accurately articulate Trinity’s mission and strategic priorities to internal and external audiences, building support for the School among all constituency groups.
Work with the faculty, administrative team, and volunteers to successfully execute initiatives related to strategic enrollment enhancement.
Develop and lead the enrollment management team by providing vision, effective feedback to enhance performance, and learning opportunities to ensure cutting-edge skills and up-to-date knowledge.
