Reporting to the Head of School, the Director of Strategic Enrollment Management (DSEM) is responsible for managing all facets of the admissions process in the school's effort to attract, enroll, and retain a diverse and dynamic student body. The DSEM ensures the long-term health of the student body and broader alumni/ae base by coordinating the tracking of prospective students from applicant to enrollment and beyond (admission), the retention of students, the analysis of data that affect enrollment (research) and the marketing efforts to attract new families to the school.
5 to 7 years of experience in an admissions function in an educational setting
Proven success in meeting enrollment and retention targets
Proven success in a senior administrative role, preferably working with a board
Experience working with and motivating volunteers and staff members
