The Admission Office of St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School seeks a full-time, 10-month Associate Director of Admission to join its grades 612 admission team for one year.
The Associate Director reports to the Dean of Enrollment & Strategic Marketing but will work most closely with the Directors of Middle and Upper School Admission and the larger admission team across all three campuses. The Associate Director will be responsible for swift and strategic follow up with all inquiries, manage a pool of Upper School applications, and be the primary liaison between the admission and athletic offices.

What Will You Do?
Follow up immediately by telephone and email with all inquiries grades 6-12
Manage a grades 6-12 applicant pool, from inquiry to enrollment
Provide exceptional customer service and experience
Meet or exceed new student enrollment targets in grades 6-12
Liaise with athletic directors and coaches regarding student-athlete recruitment
Represent SSSAS and speak of the Saints mission at external events
On campus event management
Develop yield plans for individual applicants
Plan and execute new student orientation and transition
Confer with the Dean of Enrollment regarding financial assistance
Assemble and mail information packets and invitations
Provide tours of campus
Greet and settle guests as needed
Demonstrated, measurable success and experience in admission, recruitment, fundraising or sales
Independent school experience as a parent, student or employee
Professional appearance and behavior associated with a luxury brand
Evidence of exceptional customer service
Ability to tour, climb stairs, lift packages and supplies
Undergraduate degree in an appropriate field
Position available immediately for short term training/orientation
Full time work begins Monday, August 19
Limited evenings and weekend hours required
One-year position with possible renewal
Summer 2020 employment possible
