Portledge School is accepting applications for a Director of Financial Aid and Associate Director of Admissions for Research and Data. This individual will report to the Director of Admissions and will lead the Financial Aid committee. They will be responsible for managing the financial aid and tuition remission budgets and working closely with families during this process. They will be responsible for the management and reporting of all the admissions data and candidate workflow from inquiries through enrollment and researching and analyzing all related data.

BA Degree minimum, MA preferred
Candidates with school administration experience, particularly in the area of financial aid
Must be organized and have excellent technology skills and be proficient in research and analysis of all types of online and other data
Experience with Blackbaud preferred.
