Greens Farms Academy seeks an Associate Director of Admission to begin in the summer of 2019. The Associate Director reports to the Director of Enrollment and Financial Aid and is part of a four-person admission team. This is a PreK-12 role. Key responsibilities include: heading up one of the key areas of enrollment management (e.g. data/statistics, communication/marketing, admissions systems, financial aid administration); participating in the admission process and interviewing candidates and families in all three divisions, and generally taking leadership responsibilities as they arise. Depending on the needs of the school and interest of the candidate, there may be opportunities for teaching, coaching, advising, chaperoning, club leadership, and other activities.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
an undergraduate degree or advanced degree
at least five years of enrollment management experience in independent schools
demonstrated capacity for leading admission teams, including in special projects
a familiarity with the PreK-12 environment
facility as a spokesperson for the school’s enrollment management efforts
strategic vision and the ability to inspire others.
