Oak Hill Academy is seeking a candidate to assume the position of Director of Admission. This person manages all admissions communications, coordinates with an off-site marketing strategist, and oversees all campus tours (virtual and on-campus) for prospective students. Oak Hill Academy believes in a highly personalized approach in admissions; most applicants are first-time/first-generation boarding school candidates.
With a heavy reliance on email, phone, and video platforms, this person must be adept at communicating the school’s mission, brand, and unique place in the college preparatory boarding school market in providing a Turning Point opportunity for academic and personal growth.
Oak Hill Academy is a small, Baptist-affiliated boarding school located in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of southwestern Virginia (www.oak-hill.net).
The Director of Admission is an upper level administrator, serves on the Administrative Council, works closely with the Business Office, and reports directly to the President of the School, Dr. Michael Groves (firstname.lastname@example.org).
The position will become available January 2019.
Additional Salary Information: Insurance, retirement, campus housing, and meals are offered in addition to cash salary.
