The Institute for Recruitment of Teachers (IRT) at Phillips Academy seeks applications from individuals interested in a continuing position as Recruitment and Admission Programs Specialist. The successful applicant will report to the Associate Director/Manager of Programs, and assume a leadership role in traditional admission responsibilities, including campus recruitment, online information sessions, interviewing, and assessing candidates for IRT’s Summer Workshop and Associate programs. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of shared responsibilities that include graduate school applicant advising, summer workshop planning, marketing and outreach, and data assessment and analysis.
Two to three years of experience in admissions in an education setting, or similar experience working with underrepresented students is preferred. This position requires 25% travel.
