The Director of Financial Aid oversees and manages the School’s financial aid program, managing aid in excess of $4,000,000. A thorough understanding of and experience with need-based financial aid is required. The successful candidate will have exceptional analytical skills; strong interpersonal, communication and technological skills; and a demonstrated commitment to working with prospective and returning families.
In addition, this position will include some Admissions Office responsibilities such as recruiting, interviewing and evaluating prospective students, traveling to represent Westminster at school fairs and functions, and participating on the Admissions Committee. This full-time faculty position includes one season of coaching, service as a corridor supervisor, student advising, evening and weekend duties, and other responsibilities as needed.
