Director of Admission and Enrollment Management, St. Anne's School of Annapolis
St. Anne’s School of Annapolis seeks an experienced and dynamic Director of Admission and Enrollment Management to join our dedicated senior leadership team and faculty, running a vibrant admission office at our independent, Episcopal school serving students from Two-years-old through Eighth Grade.
The Director of Enrollment Management is the lead ambassador for the School, providing oversight and strategic direction for outreach, recruitment, admissions, enrollment management including retention, and financial aid. The Director of Admission and Enrollment Management is responsible for the entire enrollment process, from inquiry through admission to assimilation into the school's culture, and retention of current families.
The Director of Enrollment Management reports to the Head of School and serves as a vital member of the Administrative Team. The Director of Enrollment collaborates with team members to develop and implement our annual marketing plan, including electronic and print media; to administer the School’s financial aid program to optimize enrollment management; and to direct our strategic re-enrollment plan. The Director of Admission and Enrollment Management will not only be an advocate for enrollment, they will also be engaged with issues that influence school life and have an impact on faculty, students, and their families at St. Anne’s School.

As we approach our quarter-century mark, the School is at an exciting place in its history. A capital projects campaign is underway to redesign elements of our facility to match our innovative program. We have recently announced that we will seek authorization as an International Baccalaureate World School. With a current enrollment of 255 from our Annapolis Twos Program through Eighth Grade, the School has experienced an overall upward trend in enrollment over the past five years. The ideal candidate should be a skilled relationship builder who communicates well with students, parents, and colleagues; invests fully in the school community; and facilitates a family-centered admission process. Candidates must have a professional, genuine, collaborative, and welcoming demeanor. Candidates must possess acumen in data-driven reporting to regularly update the Head and the Board of Trustees and continually refine the School’s enrollment plan and strategies.
Excellent skills in oral and written communication are required, as is the ability to achieve ambitious goals, meet deadlines, work independently and as part of a team, and handle multiple assignments in a busy environment. Proficiency with technology, including database management and social media, is critical.
