The office of Admission seeks an Associate Director of Admission who will assist with all aspects of the admission and recruitment process including inquiry and application development, candidate interviews, campus visits, and enrollment decisions.
Develop and strengthen school relationships through coordinated recruitment travel including feeder school visits, conferences, educational consultants, receptions, and other school constituencies.
In collaboration with Admissions and the Director of Marketing, coordinate and maintain the systematic and relevant funnel communication plan, including creation of appropriate admissions and marketing materials, social media, electronic communications and mailings.
Have an understanding of the organization and administration of a financial aid program and appropriate communication strategy.
Provide outstanding customer service to prospective and current school families, in person, through written communication, and on the telephone.
Assist in the support the student ambassador and parent ambassador programs.
Coordinate with the admissions team to create and execute events as listed, Fall Open House, LD Consultant Tour, Winter Open House, NYC Reception, WCBS Tour and Revisit Day.
Member of the admission committee.
Performing other duties as assigned. Supporting the school and its leadership at all times
