Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School is seeking an Online Communications Manager. The Online Communications Manager will administer and manage the HIES website modules for internal and external audiences.
This is a full time, 12-month position. HIES is the largest Episcopal Parish day school in the country, offering a fully accredited college preparatory program for students age three through 12th grade. HIES is located north of downtown Atlanta between I-75 and GA 400.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage database and online content management systems using the Blackbaud software suite (Learning Management System/OnCampus, Student Information System/onRecord, Online Admissions and Communication modules).
Design and maintain website pages, online event registrations/forms and PushPages (official school email).
Serve as main communications liaison to content management system provider (Whipple Hill/Blackbaud).
Manage the import and export of student and faculty scheduling data (from Class A).
Manage data transfer and reporting using a wide variety of software programs including Naviance, x2VOL and Canvas.
Maintain system security and control user access while serving as the main point of contact for user inquiries.
Provide training resources for faculty, staff and Parents Association representatives in the content management system.
Provide web support as needed to faculty, staff, students, parents, and alumni.
Audit website to track/prompt page refreshes; integrate content from password-protected portal clients (alumni, parents) to and from website as appropriate.
Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
Demonstrated proficiency with Blackbaud and Microsoft software suite.
